How to make videocalls

  1. Go to Property List

    Section titled “Go to Property List”

    First, Log in to the Floorfy dashboard on the web. Once logged in, navigate to the “Property list”.

  2. Start a Videocall

    Section titled “Start a Videocall”

    In the list of properties, click on the three dots on the property card you want, and select the “Start videocall” option from the menu. Alternatively, you can start a video call by clicking the “Start Videocall” button on the property’s details page.

  3. Enable permissions

    Section titled “Enable permissions”

    A new tab will open with the video call interface. You’ll be prompted to grant access to your webcam and microphone.

  4. Section titled “Share the link”

    To invite others, click the “Invite” button in the top right corner, then select “Copy Invitation Link.” You can now share this link with your clients to start the video call and guide them through the virtual tour.
